Villa Elisa Vacation Packages

Small but clean room. Air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. Traffic noise unless the window and shutters are closed. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Felt safe. You get what you pay for. Not fancy but good for a short stay

It is a good location with comfortable and large rooms. It is good value for a traveler who just wants accommodation. It has a front desk which is a plus.

Very sweet little hotel very close to Palermo Soho restaurants, bars and shopping and very quiet. Wonderful breakfast and spacious room (deluxe room) which was big enough to have 2 big suitcases open on the floor (important if you are only staying a few nights and don’t want to unpack everything). They even have a tiny gym. All staff is very helpful. The only thing which could be better would be some amenities in the bathroom like body lotion, shower caps etc

Good location, all the necessities, but no frills. Great location for dining & bars

Best spot of BAS, excellent stay. Will never stay in other hotel.

To begin at the beginning The hotel was directly next door to building which was being renovated The sound of jack hammers from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday made the room between these hours unusable When approaching the reception staff I was completely dismissed. Expedia’s AI chat bot offered no assistance but to tell me to speak to reception and they had tried to speak to reception but couldn’t get through If a hotel is next door to a building site I think at the very least some pre-warning is in order Not to discover the issue when you get there and be told leave and make other arrangements or just shut up and put up with it.
