The staff are very professional and friendly. The view is amazing. The restaurant food and service are great. Walk downstairs to the beach. Close to airport. The beach is protected so more like a bay. Close view of small private islands.

My stay at beachcomber went exceptionally well. The staff was pleasant and overall their hospitality surpassed my expectations. They have the most committed and hardest working team of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Give a big thanks to staff member Deon, who is always there, ready and willing to go above and beyond. My room was clean and quite accommodating. The restaurant staff was super friendly and engaging. The food menu is limited, should have more selections, however the food is simply delicious. They will see me again on my next visit to the island, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else after this experience. Thanks Beachcomber for making my vacation stay the most pleasant I’ve had at any hotel during my years of traveling.

Thought it was a cute boutique hotel. We had over 30 people staying at the hotel for the wedding and one of us lost the key and they insisted that we will have to pay more to change the lock if they couldn’t find a spare key which every hotel should have a spare. We didn’t mind paying for the replacement but was very shocked that they even suggested that given that they already had so much business

Every member of staff we met went out of there way to be helpful. We had an amazing room (king suite which they now call Presidential) but there was a faulty aircon unit. The management did everything they could to get it fixed ASAP and in the meantime offered us alternative rooms if we wanted to move - the room was so nice we stayed until it was resolved. The only area that could be improved is in the restaurant menu - due to the location and busy road you really are stuck to using the hotel restaurant (Ana) - which has great reviews - or taking a taxi to another (and St Vincent's tourist infrastructure doesn't really have many good restaurants). The food in Ana was always really well cooked, but the menu was generic (no local dishes), it was a single page and the same menu was presented for lunch and dinner every day of our 6 days. The prices were high, but we expected that as the hotel is in the 'expensive' area.

We come from the uk and we were married in this hotel 10 years ago decided to come back for our 10th anniversary. Gone were the personal touches, 10 years ago the staff couldn’t do enough but this time totally disappointed. No vegetarian mains had a starter as a main and all they could offer was an extra bread roll. Definitely over priced. Will not be returning any time soon

The room was very spacious and clean, large bathroom and shower, very large balcony that faced the ocean. Pool very small (listing said two pools, one a kids pool, only one pool we saw and size of a kids pool), limited chaise lounges we were lucky off time to be there and had pool and chaises mostly to ourselves; food delicious but same menu every night (which was lunch and dinner combined) except Saturday a different dinner menu. All staff were very friendly. Hotel need a concierge who knows about tours and things to do on the island. We were given incorrect information about tours or not given information at all and we had to find out for ourselves from other guests. They should be prepared with a list of tours and places to visit and the details as handouts; or even close by town and places to eat. After we booked a tour we then were shown a flyer of a woman who does tours when we had been asking for information for 4 days.

Our stay was disappointing. At check-in (3 PM), our room wasn’t ready, and a promised 5-minute wait turned into 30 minutes. When we asked for water, we were directed to buy it from the café. After sharing our concerns, the team leader offered complimentary drinks. Key facilities like the pool, beachfront lounge, and restaurant were unavailable. An event directly in front of our room played loud music past 11 PM, vibrating the walls. When we called the front desk to ask when it would end, no one answered. We paid a premium price for a mediocre, far-from-relaxing stay. We want a full refund.

We were not impress with the room condition of the hotel and we receive a dirty room with dirty towels, items left in the room. Spoke to management about it, but it seems like we were just complaining too much. This room had roach in it. We were only offered $20 off one night and nothing else... what was not great is that management did not address us after. If we were white, then it would have been different situation. This hotel needs more management staff training...the front desk agents both the guy and young lady was pleasant, but the supervisor was rude. The restaurant staff and cafe shop staff were amazing... but supervisors and management need training and development.
