Third time staying here. I think it is the best value for the money in the Villa stretch. Again, I would double check on the beds available in the room booked. This one was listed as two twins and I asked if it could be put together into a King and they said it was already a King. The expedia website is frequently wrong in their listings of beds. Having Carib Beans behind the hotel is a big plus. Also, the hotel has started handing out 10% coupons to Carib Beans if you stay there.

I would give the hotel 5 stars except that some of the rooms are misrepresented in Expedia. The Superior Double Room clearly says 2 King Beds on the Expedia website, but there is in fact only 1 King Bed. This needs to be fixed on the Expedia website. They were accommodating in that they separated the King into 2 Twins for us, but when you were expecting Kings it is a bit deflating.

I appreciated the waitress at the dining area. She provided excellent customer service. I also appreciated that we were accommodated despite the fact that we booked only a few minutes before check-in. I will definitely book again.

Stay spoilt in what is a good hotel

Nice hotel good location but stay spoilt as pool closed for 2 days for chemical cleaning which is usually done overnight and noise from building work.

Very expensive for what you get. No mirror in the bed room. No English plugs. No water was left in the fridge and no kettle.
