My husband and I CANNOT say enough about this place! We came here last years for three weeks and absolutely loved it! We like to try new places each trip and chose Grenada this time….but we took a bunch of days in the three weeks to come back here! All the staff here have been beyond amazing. The restaurant/bar staff…Hudson and Ronesha are the BEST and have made this place feel like home. The security staff, housekeeping staff, reception staff and management are also great and go above and beyond to make the stay perfect!! We will absolutely be back as often as possible and can’t say enough good things about here.

The property needs some updates, the toilet didn’t flush properly, vanity was too low, the mattresses were too soft and chairs in the balcony all had holes. The wifi was terrible, cut after every five minutes.

The restaurant service was poor. Day one I waited 2 hours for dinner. When it arrived it was disgusting. Tasteless and withour any flavour. Another day I waited one hour and ten minutes for 3 hotdogs for my grandchildren. It came with bread and ketchup. NO other condiments were offered. It came with no napkins. Breakfast is too expensive especially given the horrible wait and the amount that it is.

Perfect getaway
This stay exceeded my expectations, the staff was friendly and polite and the service was exceptional. The rooms are nicer in person than what is showed here, rooms are nice and cozy. The hotel being on the beachfront was an absolute plus and it’s located in an area where you can walk to the nightlife.

Relaxing and serene stay
I absolutely loved the hotel. It was so very convenient and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. They didn’t get 5 starts because upon arrival I was advised the pool was not operating and I specifically booked the hotel and room so I can relax in the pool. I wish they were forth coming with that information before booking and arrival. They do accommodate you and give you pool access to their sister hotel young island resort which is fabulous and short walk and a 2 mins ferry away but still more than I wanted to do on my relaxing birthday trip!

Amazing view of the water/beach. The property was well maintained. The restaurant was really nice with wonderful food and drinks. Great place to socialize either at the restaurant bar or pool bar. Amazing hotel staff starting at the front, housekeeping and I must stay the restaurant/bar staff were superb. Amazing customer service skills, ensuring that you are pleased and going the extra mile to satisfy the customer
