The property management is really good. Very clean place. Only thing is that the property doesn't have air conditioner . It was very hot during the day. Luckily the temperature drops at night so it gets better. The view to the lake is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as far as utensils and pots.

My one significant issue was around checkout. I had specifically requested and was granted a 12pm checkout, understanding the hotel had other guests arriving the next day. Despite this, I started receiving repeated calls before 11:30am asking me to leave immediately. When I spoke with the receptionist on duty, I was told firmly that checkout was 11am and that it was “not possible” a late checkout had been granted, which felt like being told I was lying about a request I’d clearly made and had confirmed. I’d encourage the hotel to improve communication between staff shifts so guests aren’t put in this position. The property itself has a lot going for it, but this experience took some shine off an otherwise strong stay.

Cabin was just beautiful overlooking the lake

Do not stay here. Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird. They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult. This was also the middle of their high season so there are no excuses. Incredibly Understaffed and it felt like a ghost town there. The property is very beautiful; that is the only redeeming part of Villa Beluno. They also ruined multiple very nice garments of clothing of mine after I sent them out for dry cleaning, to which they then washed and folded instead, completely ruining the garments. They acknowledged the error that they made multiple times, After then promising to pay for them, they have no informed me that they won’t be doing so. Borderline criminal. They also refused to open the gate for me to leave the property for not wanting to sign the additional charges for the stay, which felt like they were holding me hostage. Again, felt very unsafe and bizarre. Low class individuals in the owners. I gave them every chance to redeem themselves but they failed at every juncture and that is their own judgement call.

The property was on a very busy street, this did not reflect on the website prior to booking. The view is of other highrise buildings across the street, so not the view and privacy expected.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, excelente vista al lago y la piscina temperada y área de spa fueron un excelente plus. Nuestra habitación familiar tenía un buen tamaño para nuestra familia, con buena calefacción. Algunos muebles necesitan renovarse como el caso de la cama tipo nido. El desayuno fue bueno pero podría variarse para que no sea lo mismo todos los días. En general, volvería a hospedarme aquí.
