Villaggio Pirandello Vacation Packages

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our room faced the street, which combined with the lack of soundproofing, meant we could hear all the outside noise (people talking loudly near the hotel, street traffic, etc.) as well as the sound of the main entrance door opening/closing. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor (from the pipes most likely), making it very uncomfortable to use it, or even be in the room at times, as the smell even reached the bedroom despite keeping the bathroom door closed. Parking was a bit tricky, though it wasn't a major issue for us. We initially found a spot (blue-line) right in front of the hotel, but on another night, we had to park in one of the covered garages recommended by the hotel staff, located about a 10-minute walk away. Communication with the hotel staff (via WhatsApp) was very good. They always responded within a reasonable timeframe, answered all our questions and provided a lot of information. The hotel listing contains some inconsistencies/inaccuracies: - The hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, so the parking on request is not true. The alleged valet parking is not provided by the hotel itself but is (supposedly) available at one of the recommended parking facilities. - The hotel doesn’t offer an airport shuttle service. When asked, they provided information and a link to the company that manages the shuttle, which operates independently of the hotel.

In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations.

Located in the centre of Palermo, Gabriele was an incredible host. Was available for a very late check in and always friendly with excellent suggestions and conversation. I wish nothing but the best for him and the staff at Vivaldi. This B&B may be only 3 stars but you definitely get a 5 star experience staying here.

Friendly helpful staff. very clean rooms

The biggest nightmare was the noise! Every single night, the nearby restaurant had extremely loud music, parties, and karaoke. People were shouting and singing at the top of their lungs, with absolutely no consideration for hotel guests trying to sleep. One night, the noise continued until 4:40 AM! We could not get a proper night's sleep. Instead of enjoying our vacation and waking up refreshed, we were constantly exhausted, tired, frustrated, and desperate for some peace and quiet. A hotel should be a place where guests can rest, especially after spending an entire day exploring the city. Unfortunately, that was impossible here. If you want to party all night, perhaps this hotel is for you. But if you value your sleep, comfort, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Perfectly located and ideal if your plans are to tour the city. Lovely staff - thanks Daniela fir your kindness and maintaining the cleanliness of the place 😊

This hotel is a gem. It’s right in the center of old Palermo, walkable to everywhere. But inside the hotel it is tranquil and quiet. There are a lot of public rooms and a large breakfast buffet. Overall, a great find for staying in the city.
