Nice Hotel in a good area
Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel has an underground garage for parking. I suggest you use it as parking around the hotel is limited. We were on a 5 day trip from Spain to the Netherlands and out of the 4 x hotels, this was by far the smallest bedroom that we had. It was comfortable but very small.

Hotel was great, check in was a little slow, felt like it was the ladies first night, but was friendly. Parking fee was a bit expensive.Room was small but it did tell us that when we booked. would stay again.

Comedy of errors. Room assigned to me was also assigned to another person. Lift door would not open when I came down for breakfast. Saved by receptionist. Went back to get luggage and got locked in the stairwell because I did not trust the lift. Parking was lit momentarily and then all was in darkness. Do not go to this underground carpark if you feel unsure of being able to park in very tight spaces.

Good place but ....
The location is perfect, the price is little bit expensive, the only thing I didn't like is it is not a friendly place, if you came before 14h you should pay 20€ there is no arrangements possible, first time.

clean, nice and very convenient location...
I arrived on Xmas eve at 9pm, no one was working, however a man came to help me but couldn't find my booking, in fact they misspelled my name so I couldn't stay there for the first night which was a big mistake from hotel, apart from that I got sorted the next by a very helpful young man called Olivier... The hotel is very clean and quiet, my room was tiny but bed very comfy, it's good value for money but make sure someone is there in the evening ;-))

We were dissapointed with Villefranche which is not the hotels fault. The hotel needs a refresh but in all fairness, £48 for city centre hotel can't be bad

Noisy location next to police station,
One night stay on route to Alps. Rooms are pokey, smell of cigarettes, next to police station very noisy front and rear where a public courtyard is used by youths to congregate during night.. The reception is well presented and gives the impression of a well appointed hotel which is incorrect. The breakfast is a buffet laid out hours in advance with poor supply of fresh food, tables are left uncleared and buffet not replenished by the lone reception staff. Complaint made and disregarded by reception. Would not revisit.

Un manque de respect pour le client Des travaux au 4ème étage, dès qu’on ouvre la porte de l’ascenseur, rien n’était bâché, on avait droit à la poussière en marchant, du jamais vu ! Dommage de ne pas avoir pris une photo je regrette !! A la réception, étonnés du tarif imposé pour chiens admis car sur Booking aucun tarif, aucune excuse juste « je vais en parler à ma responsable» donc 16€ (8x2) en plus à rajouter !! Les rideaux dans la chambre avec le vis-à-vis obligés de les tirer et d’allumer la lumière Du n’importe quoi ! Sans parler de la femme de ménage qui hurle de peur au moment où nous quittions la chambre parce qu’elle a vu un labrador 🙄 Non je ne réserverai plus dans cet endroit qu’on appelle hôtel à 92€ la chambre
