Great place to stay

WiFi worked well. Service was great. I had to leave for an early morning flight and mentioned something about it at checkin and I forgot to make arrangements but they had takeout breakfast for me on my way out when I left at 5 AM. Very friendly, room nice, good English, great location. Stayed here before, same great service.

Great Place to stay

Great place to stay, only 1 minute walk fro Townhall Square and "Old Town. Friendly staff and very Cosy, clean and quaint (in a good way). Only complaint is I couldn't stay longer.

Nice, centrally located gem.

Lovely little place with super friendly staff that anticipates and accommodates your needs. Nice, very nice. The area near the hotel can be noisy so an open window is a problem.

Central to the Old Town

Wonderful place - ask for a room with a balcony overlooking the Atrium, which has a windmill and numerous lovely plants, paintings and nick-nacks that make the place feel like a home rather than a hotel. Hugely comfortable beds, spacious rooms - bathrooms a bit basic, but nothing would detract me from recommending this to anyone wanting to see life more from a Lithuanuian perspective. Right in the middle of old town, adjacent to the Town Hall and therefore easy to locate, with numerous bars and restaurants within 50 yards.

Ideal spot in middle of old town

Great location no more than 5-20 mins walk to almost every "must see" in the old town. Superb coffee/cake and restaurant options in the same street. Overall Hotel is a bit 'tired' and old school but a terrific base-camp for a 2-4 day city break.

Never again.

This hotel is in an amazing location but that is where it stops. We will never again stay here (even if we were given free nights!). Arrival and check in was atrocious. Communication with employees was horrible (yes they spoke English). The best part about our stay at this hotel was leaving.

A Vilnius Gem

Vilnius's old town is quite spread out, and this hotel is nicely located to allow you to cover the area by foot with relatively ease. My only disappointment: my room faced the street and was across from two bars from which noisy revelers emerged late into the night -- ask for a room not facing the street.

Great Hotel

The location is really great , right in a middle of old town short walk to all attractions and restaurants .The hotel is very nice , stuff very helpful and the breakfast just superb!! very good choices of food and everything is super tasty The room was very big and comfortable ( we stayed at superior double ) but all the windows faced the inner space of the hotel so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time and there was no fresh air in the room . Also it was very noisy as you could hear all the guests in the lobby and other floors ( sometimes in a middle of the night) .

Centre of old town, friendly and clean.

Really friendly staff, excellent location right in the centre of the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area. I really enjoyed my staff and would happily stay there again.

Beautiful small hotel, staff could be friendlier

,Went for a valentimes weekend, hotel is clean central and colourful. Nice little boutique-y hotel. Although the staff done what was asked (booked taxi's/ directed us to the train statio ) I woulbt say they were overly friendly. that wouldn't stop me from staying at the lovely hotel again though.
