Dirección de mail. Nunca me respondieron. Llegamos al lugar y el edificio tiene 4 torres y más de 300 departamentos. Nadie sabía nada acerca de la reserva. Encima en el teléfono de atención al cliente de Hoteles.com la
Única solución que me dieron fue hacerme la cancelación de la reserva, cobrándome la totalidad de la estadía y que luego podrían el caso a revisión. Realmente me sentí estafada y nadie de la empresa me dio una respuesta. Poco serios
