Great location and staff
Nice little hotel in a good location. The bus station is a few minutes walk as are the shops and restaurants. There's a pleasant park across the street too. Probably the best asset is the staff. They are young and so nice and helpful. Hispano is very clean and my bed was very comfortable and plenty of TV channels. Negatives. My bedroom was a bit shabby and the woodwork is in need of repainting. Breakfast is not great. Toast, cheese and ham plus jam and dulce de leche. There's 2 choices of cereal and some fruit. Adequate but that's all. There's a nice coffee shop tho I never saw it very busy however I did visit out of season.

Cute Hotel
The staff was fabulous but unfortunately we had a disappointing room. It was extremely cold; terribly cold. We were given extra blankets and slept good but we weren't comfortable to hang out it room since heater put out a negligible amount of heat. Room was also damp. The bathroom was shockingly small; a large person could not have taken a shower in space provided. The bathroom was also so damp and wet there were snail like insects living in it.

This is a 3 star hotel and it shows it.
Staff not helpful, unsure about accepting credit card than did. Breakfast supposedly included coffee and a small dried pastry. Room crowded with extra bed bathroom facilities ok. Location out of the way right next to multiple bus stops. Vina del Mar has lost whatever charm it once had go somewhere else.

Nice central location.
Nice, older hotel with a lot of character. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful. We were told that weekends through the summer, they have concerts nearby which attract some big North American names. (We were there Tuesday and Wednesday).

Check and reception were amazing. Breakfast is excellent. The pool and outdoor bar are nice but the service is lacking. The room needs updating and the air conditioner is so loud you cannot talk or sleep.

Walking distance to everything
Hispano was an ideal spot for us to check out Vina Del Mar and Valprasio from. We could walk to the beach, shops, plenty of food and the subway station was only a block away. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful to us and the attached cafe was great for a nice coffee. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We would happily stay there again :-)

Hotel aconchegante e estrategicamente localizado!
A equipe do hotel Ć© muito atenciosa e educada! A cidade Ć© uma maravilha. Vale passeios a pĆ© por Vina del Mar e, depois, ir de carro para passear por Val ParaĆ­so. O cafĆ© Turri em Val Paraiso Ć© imperdĆ­vel: cozinha excelente e vista maravilhosa! Voltando ao hotel, quero reiterar o carinho e atenĆ§Ć£o prestadas pelos seus funcionĆ”rios. AlĆ©m disso o quarto/apartamento que fiquei era bastante confortĆ”vel e limpo. A localizaĆ§Ć£o do hotel ajuda muito, pois pode-se visitar os pontos turĆ­sticos a pĆ©. Dois dias inteiros sĆ£o a exata medida para realizar passeios por Vina del Mar e Val ParaĆ­so!

El hotel es cĆ³modo y de fĆ”cil acceso, cercano a varios lugares de interĆ©s en la ciudad. Limpio, ordenado y con el personal con muy buena disposiciĆ³n. Lo malo es que no tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel.

Muy amables todos, apesar de no estar la habitacion que reservamos nos dieron 2 por el mismo precio, una de ellas la 44 necesita cambio de la ducha y el agua sale demaciado caliente que es dificil de regular por lo demas todo bien lo recomendaria.

La estadĆ­a estuvo muy agradable. No es un hotel nuevo, pero es acogedor, cĆ³modo, muy limpio y tiene una excelente ubicaciĆ³n. AdemĆ”s, estĆ” al lado del Parque de la Quinta Vergara.Tiene muy buena relaciĆ³n precio-calidad. No es un lugar pretencioso y las personas que lo atienden, son muy cercanas. A mis niƱos les gustĆ³ mucho, asĆ­ es que volveremos de todas maneras.

excelente atenciĆ³n y ubicaciĆ³n
una experiencia inolvidable super recomendable la atenciĆ³n de la gente es maravillosa nos hicieron pasar unos dĆ­as bellĆ­simos muy calido, el desayuno muy abundante y la atenciĆ³n del comedor maravillosa, al igual que el almuerzo que a pesar de no estar incluido es recomendable y econĆ³mico, ya volveremos el aƱo que viene por mas dĆ­as.

Estuvo muy bien. Buen desayuno, buena atenciĆ³n. Las instalaciones son un poco descuidadas y por el precio se deberĆ­a tener el hotel en una mejor condiciĆ³n. El internet nunca nos funcionĆ³ en ninguna ubicaciĆ³n del hotel, a mejorar tambiĆ©n. UbicaciĆ³n justo a un costado de la Quinta Vergara. VolverĆ­amos a quedarnos.

O hotel tem excelente localizaĆ§Ć£o. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o muito gentis e prestativos. Os novos proprietĆ”rios estĆ£o, aos poucos, reformando o prĆ©dio antigo, mas ainda hĆ” muitos problemas, como as instalaƧƵes hidrĆ”ulicas que fazem do banho uma experiĆŖncia complicada pela oscilaĆ§Ć£o da temperatura da Ć”gua de muito fria a muito quente em segundos. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© muito simples, abaixo do que se espera de um hotel nessa categoria.
