I booked this place by mistake. I stayed here last month, and vowed to never come back. I accidentally rebooked this same hotel and they wouldn't refund me. Which is fine, hotels.com helped. However for future customers here's the tea: No onsite parking, the free area is a block away in a shady lot that's small and not well lit. The room was dingy along with the furniture. I used the vending machine using my card twice and somehow accrued more charges several days later. My stay was only one night and I was already charged the full amount for my items. They also had no working elevator, all guests were crammed on the first two floors and I could hear the chatter from the halls. I wouldn't recommend, I don't know how they are receiving perfect ratings.

This hotel is very dated. It is a "resort hotel" but does not feel like a resort at all. It's a little shabby, the parking is sketchy (not connected to the hotel and just a lot behind some businesses across the street), and I wouldn't say the bed was the most comfortable in the world. However, the patio was nice, all of the staff we encountered were super friendly, and being ocean front is a huge win! This is very much a "you get what you pay for" kinda place. We would stay here again, but maybe not expecting the resort vibe.

Our stsy was bad at first but the probkem was taken care of in some timely manner, i wanted a king room with ocean view but that room the water in shower did not work so we went to double bed on the next floor down same ocean view side. No smoking is allowed in the building.

Stayed in the top floor suite Condition of the room was lacking. Small holes in walls and no access to one of the balcony doors were definitely a problem. The other residents were loud and random people knocking on the door at 12am were among the reasons i will not be returning. Not a bad price and the premium parking up front was a bonus. Overall it could be worse but it was not great.

This was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever endured. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with a pervasive stench that lingered throughout the property. The room itself was equally appalling, with unclean bed sheets and a general air of neglect. The elevator situation was a complete disaster. Only one elevator was operational, and it was constantly being monopolized by housekeeping staff, leaving guests stranded and frustrated. To add insult to injury, the elevator itself was often out of service, forcing us to climb multiple flights of stairs. Despite the deplorable conditions, the hotel had the audacity to charge an exorbitant $12 per day "resort fee." This fee was a complete joke considering the lack of any actual resort amenities. I strongly advise travelers to steer clear of Aqua Vista Resort. It is simply not worth the aggravation or the exorbitant price.
