So we stayed here from Thursday - Monday. I have to say that what made it just four stars was just a couple of things. Our room did not have a door seal in the bottom which allowed a lot of light in from the hallway at night and also the noise since we were staying on the 1st floor. I brought to the attention to two of the workers on different nights but nothing was resolved. With the light we put down towels to stop it from coming in but we still would hear all the commotion going on in the lobby and the hallway. Three nights in a row the room next to us had a vibrating sound coming from it as though a cellphone was going off. The first night I let it go. The second night I didn't complain. However, the 3rd night I complained at 4:30 and that morning upon check out. I was so tired. I had a 7 hour drive and had been up from 3-5am. So we left 2 hours behind schedule to our ride back home. Something very usual was going in the room next to us. Sadly, the vibrating and the noise from the other room kept my dogs, myself and my partner up. Nothing was done after our complaints. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. Food was ok. Basically the same thing every day.

Very good quality. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. The hotel is too far away from beach and town center so it is a bit overpriced with this location. Breakfast is average.

Property was new and clean. The amenities in the room included a well appointed kitchen with a large refrigerator. It would be great if you were staying multiple nights for business or with a family. The staff was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, the room above was very loud until about 2 am, realizing this is not a direct reflection on the property. The included breakfast was basic and very crowded. Decided to eat elsewhere after checking out.

What I liked was the patience the staff had with me because I was overwhelmed. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. I wish they were on the strip, but otherwise I would stay here again.

Nice place!
Even being on the first floor, relatively close to the lobby area, the room was quiet and comfortable. The interactions I had with front desk, mgmt and housekeeping were all positive and accommodating. This is a new property so everything was nice and clean! Loved the indoor pool as well. They had a decent breakfast (basically continental) and even had snacks + microwave meals you could buy as well. The only minor gripe I have is there seems to be a design flaw in the bathroom doors in the rooms. They’re sliding doors but you have to maneuver it very precisely in order for it to stay closed. Maybe not a big deal if you’re by yourself or with a significant other but when staying with other family and friends, could be potentially awkward.
