I’m not a fan of not being able to get to my car when I need something. My car is parked 2-3 blocks away. Can only get by a valet attendant. When you travel there’s always something you need and it’s a pain to go through valet when you need something out of your car.

Loved it

Very nice hotel great accommodations. Staff is very friendly great view of the ocean from our room. If we need anything, they were quick to get it for example extra coffee, etc.. a big bonus was being pet friendly. I got to take my pup with me. She had a blast all of the attention from staff and visitors.

Although, we spent only one night, it was a great stay! The front desk staff were so welcoming and accommodating, along with the valet staff. We were also able to bring our pet- and that meant so much to us. The room was clean, the linens fresh and stocked with the appreciated essentials of a microwave and small fridge. The breakfast area was clean, and the food offerings were great especially the fresh fruit! We will be staying here again with and without our pet and will recommend the Hyatt to family and friends as well!

Too bad we cannot self-park

We enjoyed the hotel very much. It is unfortunate that we cannot have a self-park option. We would much rather have direct access to park our car in the lot across the street, and not have to wait for an available valet every time. Next time, we will look at one of the nearby hotels with self-park available.
