Prior guests food was still in the fridge, food in the range, dead bugs on the floor, sheets in one of the beds were stained with dark spots, a mouse was in the room that kept me up. I’m disappointed because I stayed here in 2024 and had a very nice room. Although I was given a full refund, it’s important for travelers to know, even for those of us ok with a mediocre up-north motel, this place has gone downhill.

We love Pine View Inn! This was our second stay. The newly remodeled deluxe rooms feel clean and open and it’s always quiet, warm, clean, and comfortable—feels like home :)

The Pine View Inn in Virginia, MN. Is a good econimical basic hotel that has clean secure rooms. The hotel was packed with no vacancy the entire 6 night stay. I was three Sunday through Saturday. The cost per night was reasonable. If your looking for breakfast, gym and pool this is not your type of hotel. If you want a reasonably priced room to sleep that is comfortable and clean tgis will fut the bill. Staff was very nice. Location was excellent for where I had to be each day. Virgina has several places for dinner and early breakfast. Grandmas Kitchen, Boomtown and Kunnari's Kitchen & Coffee House were excellent. Boomtown is the higer price end. I really enjoyed my time in the Iron Range of MN.
