The hot water kettle was very dusty and dirty. No amenities (such as dental kit, shaving kit, even a hair comb - which are the basics) in the bathroom.
Staff were robotic with no willingness to reach out and help or even suggest local places.

Very good property. The rooms are great. The location is exceptional. Maybe the only complaint is that breakfast was very crowded at 9:00 AM. That said, this would be my go to hotel in Hamburg every time.

Great breakfast , although not included in my room rate.friendly and helpful staff. I love this generously build hotel.
