Horrible customer service. Roaches all over and too cheap to fix anything. At this price everything should look emaculant, on the contrary. Don't waste your time at this dump, anywhere else would be much better

Let me count the ways of disappointment: TV was not working so we had to switch room. The new room smelled of musty: curtains, couch and bedding. Shower-curtain had mole. No towels hand towels provided. Some random many walking the halls tried to follow me into my room. I didn't feel safe. Staff did have housekeeping clean room but forgot towels and new shower-curtain. Room still smelled. Because room curtains smelled musty. Staff said to ask if needed to leave the room to call them for escort. Staff were nice.

The TV would only allow 1 station, notified staff but gave an fix so;ution which I tried and it still did not work. No trash can in the room. Toilet kept running. I had to move the valve float to shut off the continuous running of water.

This is place what you call a stab and jab. Burn holes in the blankets, no trash cans in the room, 13 inch TV and no hot water for the shower. Small location, if you need a quick pit stop just to stab and jab this is the only thing it’s good for.

Upon arriving the hotel, staff charged my credit card incorrectly, causing me to call and get my credit card unblocked. The remote control in the bedroom and TV did not work. There was standing water in our room that we had a cleanup. The sheets on the bed were missing. There were questionable people hanging out in the parking lot, felt unsafe. Would not recommend this location for future stay

HORRIBLE

Do not stay here. The rooms are not as advertised. They are dirty, old and no safety lock. I checked out immediately and had to find somewhere else to stay. Not to mention when I went back down to request a refund I was told no. This place is a scam.

Everything in the hotel was a little bit dirty, it looked like the toilet needed cleaning, the shower had a leak, sink didn't drain completely, there were not enough towels provided, sheets had stains, but were recently cleaned, the bed didn't have a fitted sheet only the top sheet on top of the comforter and there was no trash can provided in the room which was wildly inconvenient as they provide soap and shampoo packets that need to be thrown out after opened. The mini fridge was very powerful, my drinks stayed nice and cold, it did freeze my fruit, but I just needed to put them on a lower shelf. Wifi was strong and consistent, no random outages. Lots of parking available. Close to Vista town square, full of nice hospitable people and great restaurants. This place was definitely affordable, but cost more than what was provided.
