we got moved to three different rooms. there were bums hanging out all through the day/ night. the owners were very nice but sheets, blankets were filthy. underwear in the drawers. it wasn't clean at all. they need to fire those women doing the rooms.

It was bad. The room old not well taken care of, the bed when opening to the sheets there were hairs. The bathroom door was broken couldn’t close it. The towels one was a regular the other one was a kid size. There was so much noise, kids running on the hallways dogs barking . The sign at checkin said no animals yet there was a barking dog. The couch in the room looked so old and dirty.

We had a shower that more than drizzled and could not be shut off, management said it would check and solve the problem and never did. The floor felt very grimy and dirty and I finally damped a towel and ran it across the floor and it came up covered in black dirt even after two passes. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean, appreciated the fridge and microwave. We were supplied clean towels when needed.

From the get go, the hotel and parking lot looked unsafe with many sketchy people around. Office was locked upon our arrival and the receptionist didnt come down until after 12-15 mins. Room not cleaned before our check-in nor throughout our stay (2 nights). No extra toilet paper or towels. Bathtub had a blood stain and what seemed to be hair trimmings. Housekeeping knocked at our door at 5:30pm to check if we needed anything and after we had requested extra towels we never got them. Loud noises/conversations were able to be heard all throughout the night/early morning. Definitely would not recommend.

You do not want to stay here
Very dirty, smells like cigarettes and faucets leak. Finger prints all over the headboard, mirrors and light switches. Would have left if there were other options, but it was late.

Think twice before you stay here
Look at the images they show of the rooms and then look at what you get. This is the biggest case of fraud and Hotels.com should remove their listing. I could not get a refund because it was a third-party rental. I slept on a blanket from my car as I did not want to sleep in the bed. Also talking to the young man running the hotel (very Nice) told me they get government aid for housing people for 30 days so their customers were questionable at best. I had to call management at 12:30 in the morning due to outside activity outside my room.

Sketchy motel our room smelled like smoke the sheets had burn holes the shower head literally sprayed water everywhere the floors seemed like they haven’t been mopped ever Our feet were black after 15 min lol let’s say you pay for what you get here
