It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Bom custo benefício

Hotel é bom e bem localizado, mas é velho , precisa de algumas reformas. Quarto grande, banheiro enorme. Café da manhã também é bom para o dia dia, mas nada de novidade. Mas tem um restaurante anexo que abre a noite , e uma senhora fez um dos melhores macarrão a bolonhesa que já comi.

Uma verdadeira espeIunca

Minha experiência no hotel deixou bastante a desejar. A começar pela internet, que é extremamente instável e praticamente inutilizável, o que atrapalha bastante quem precisa trabalhar ou até mesmo usar serviços básicos online. O ar-condicionado é barulhento (parece uma britadeira dentro do quarto) e não consegue gelar o ambiente, o que torna a estadia desconfortável, especialmente em dias quentes. O hotel é visivelmente antigo, com elevadores velhos e infraestrutura que precisa de manutenção. Além disso, não oferecem shampoo, o que é um item básico em qualquer hotel. Cobraram R$ 5 por uma toalha extra para a piscina. Outro ponto negativo: se você ficar mais de uma diária, o quarto não é limpo e as toalhas não são trocadas automaticamente. Isso deveria ser padrão, não um extra. O estacionamento é confuso e mal estruturado, e, considerando tudo isso, o valor de R$ 300 por diária é totalmente incompatível com o que é oferecido. Por outro lado, destaco como pontos positivos a piscina, que é agradável, e a vista, que realmente é bonita. Porém, esses dois aspectos não compensam a série de falhas e o custo-benefício ruim da hospedagem. Não recomendaria, especialmente pelo valor cobrado. Foi um verdadeiro pesadelo a hospedagem nesse hotel e não desejamos a experiência para ninguém.

Hotel bem ruim. Lençol e fronhas sujos. Quarto sem toalhas e comunicação por WhatsApp, extremamente demorada. Atendimento na recepção muito ruim, pouco caso, poucos funcionários. Uma das piores experiências que tive por um preço alto, pois as tarifas não são baixas. Pague mais, mas tenha um atendimento melhor, com roupas de cama limpa..

No geral o hotel é muito bom, quarto espaçoso, localização boa! O banheiro não é dos melhores, chuveiro ruim e a descarga com problema. Outra coisa que não gostei foi a falta de limpeza nas mesas do café da manhã!
