Staff at front desk excellent! Convenient location.Grocery store across street and laundry next door! Nice clean room. If you get a room with courtyard view instead of street view prepare to see miscellaneous roofing, wood, and other people's balcony close by as your view. Aside from that. Excellent!

The hotel is fine, although some wear is visible. The staff was VERY helpful with every request.
The selection of rooms is excellent. We stayed in a mini suite, with a door between the two rooms, which is a nice touch, when you travel with kids.
The beds were a touch too soft for our taste, so if you don't like a soft bed, this is not for you. Unfortunately the sofa bed (for the kids) was quite squeaky and uncomfortable, so although we had a good room, not everyone slept well.
The breakfast was quite underwhelming. Most notably, most of the warm food was not served warm at all. I think the scrambled eggs were the only thing that was actually held at a reasonable temperature.
