Room was spotless and a lot larger than I thought it was going to be. Staff were very helpful and recommended a fantastic restaurant for the evening. 10/10 hotel, happily stay here again.

Great service, great hotel, great location!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel, or even from a three-star property. From the moment of arrival, the experience was disappointing. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. The room I was given was old and in poor condition, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing and far below an acceptable standard. I requested to change the room because of its condition, and I was even willing to pay an additional fee for a better room. However, my request was refused, without any satisfactory solution being offered. I found this especially disappointing considering the level of service one would expect from a hotel of this category. The food was also below expectations, and the table setup and overall presentation were not appropriate for a hotel claiming a high standard of hospitality. We also tried to make a reservation at the hotel’s restaurant in order to experience it, but on several occasions we were told that it was fully booked and that there were no available tables. This was particularly frustrating because we were actually staying at the hotel and expected guests to be given reasonable access to the hotel’s facilities. The staff at the rooftop were not great, ignored us quite often. The lobby sometimes has water and sometimes it did not or water station was very messy. Asked for extra towels a couple of times and they never brought them.
