Carpets and walls in common corridors were very scuffed up and carpeting worn through. Large stains in carpets in corridors. Felt like a housing project. after seeing this we wondered how clean the kitchen was.
Housekeeping forgot to clean and restock our room.
Had to leave our luggage there for the day we checked out due to travel time on trains. Luggage room is locked but accessible by anyone. The hotel staff does not monitor the luggage room. Anyone could get in.
Stayed in many Hyatts but will never stay here again.
