This hotel is a dream property in the heart of Bergen's vibrant city centre... Easy to walk everywhere... The rooms, the breakfast, the dinners...all were superb... even a call for a taxi took less then a minute to arrange....excellent customer service.. highly recommend....will be back

Wonderful stay, great location and amenities.

This hotel is very convenient for anyone wanting to stay in the center of the Bryggan UNESCO Heritage area of Bergen. It was clean, spacious enough, comfortable bed, 3 buffet meals included each day for all guests. The only challenges we encountered was the noise level of the street, especially on Saturday night when there was some party playing club music until 4am. And the temperature control in the room is difficult, as there was central heating on the whole time that we couldn’t turn off, so we had to open windows to cool it off a bit.

Hotel is perfectly located in Bergen, close to all the attractions and shops. Staff was great and friendly, Breakfast was excellent with plenty of offerings, the deluxe room was decently sized. The only thing preventing me from giving a perfect rating is that I was assigned a room facing the interior alley, which basically have no view (the windows have privacy film applied). It definitely was not the view as pictured here on Expedia.
