The place was great I book 5 rooms all was clean and organized location was great I would definitely stay there again.slight issue I see being coming from America the setup is more like an air b&b and the host could supply more towels. Once you contacted the host they were on point with every thing you need and very helpful

Great location and easy check in/check out process. Room was clean and staff were helpful. Shower pressure were just a little letdown but overall great stay.

The place was nice and clean. Large enough space for my trip. Easy to access the location. Love that its close enough to Walking street but far enough to not hear. I would recommend for anyone who doesnt want to be in a hotel.

The room was just average, not too dirty but not clean definitely. Noise at night but understandable as located in central of Bui Vien. Everything was ok til check out. The reception keep pressing me to leave a 5* review, I was nicely told them that I will do it later but they keep pressing me to do it and saying that they gave me discount via expedia app to buy my review omg, this upset me. But hey I only booked your hotel because your hotel within my budget and there's nothing was mentioned that you gave me discount to buy the review when I made the booking. If it was mentioned in the booking I wouldn't pick you man.

Cons: The entrance of the place is a spa, so anything you are going through, they are always looking at you. It feels unprofessional, unlike normal accommodation. The bathroom smells. Like the system there doesn't handle sewage where. Throughout my stay, I couldn't breath well in the bathroom. Also no elevator. Pros: Has Ac and the room was nice
