i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. My issue is that the hotel should have not let me book the rooms if it was already full. changing plans at last moment only causes unnecessary embarrassment and tense situation.
