The bed was a little soft, but okay. We had a difficult time figuring out the shower, but figured it out. The microwave was not clean, and the refrigerator froze our bottles of milk. There was no temperature control on it.

Staff was great and took care of us, but third floor hallway was smelly and hot. The room we were given smelled like mold with a puddle of water under the a/c. Second room was ok but it took awhile to cool. Hallway was dirty. Lobby is nice. Breakfast was good.

Worst Hotel in Texas Don't Stay Here...

The floor in my room was standing in 1/4 in of water because the AC unit had never been serviced. I requested a room move the next morning, and the same thing happened in the new room. The hotel stunk and the hallways were nasty and not cleaned.

Room was clean. A/C worked fine. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was a $15 charge after I checked out. It's only $15, so not worth my time and energy to dispute it, but just be aware to check your statement after your stay.

The ac was out in the main and we werent told about when checking in that would have been nice to know. I had booked for 2 guests and only had one towel in bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Lobby was hot no AC. The worker was ringing wet with sweat. She was super kind. We went to our room. The elevator , halls everything no ac. Super hot ! Room was dirty and falling apart. Ac in room did not work. The shower was disgusting with stains . No amenities in the room ( soap and such) 1 bath towel and 1 rag for two people. Just extremely nasty. The bed was clean and comfortable and due to exhaustion and the fact there was not another hotel for 30 miles we stayed.

No hot water!!! Electric blinds did not work and the cleanliness was not to the standards of the brand. Door to employee storage room had a broken door across from our room. Not a pleasant experience after traveling across the state while moving.

Not A Good Stay

There was a musty odor in the room emanating from the ac but permeating everything in the room. Those with respiratory issues would not be able to stay in it. There were bugs in our room and throughout the hotel. They need a pest control service.
