SO BAD!!!!!

Don't stay here!!! I called and specifically asked if there's a SPA they said there is. I got there & there was NONE. Talked to the Manager that said they'll give a REFUND, then I left!! But in the end they refused!!!

Ya nos habiamos quedado ahi antes, y no era la gran cosa, pero antes se tomaban el tiempo de cambiar las sabanas, de barrer o aspirar. Hoy pareciera que solo llegan a medio arreglar las sabanas sucias, y eso es todo. Totalmente sucio! Lastima que no verifican la limpieza de las habitaciones antes de asignarlas.

The staff was excellent and welcoming. The room was clean. However, the beds felt like our feet were higher than our heads and squeaked when you’d move. Lots of traffic noise. Otherwise, was nice.
