The breakfast was not good. Eggs hard and dry, sausage patties greasy, not much variety. No maid service for three night stay! Room was clean and front desk was nice. Area a little sketchy around the hotel but it was close to Baylor and the football stadium.

We stayed here for a concert in August. The hotel was full but we never heard another guest. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. There was a bar but looked like it had closed which was the only disappointment. We would definitely stay here again.

Not terrible. Not excellent. Just— ok.

Things were great the first couple days. The breakfast is mediocre, repetitive same eggs and sausage circles, danish that all taste the same, bread, and waffle makers. Eggs were dry. The facility is clean for the most part. Lots of illegal immigrants, 10-12 people packed in one room. party people up all night. There were some issues with air conditioners, and leaking sinks. Questionable devices. The manager Norma was excellent. There was only one staff member who was not the best in the customer service realm. She started out nice, but on check out was pretty rude and demanded 50$ for late checkout. When not even 30 mins beforehand said it was completely fine and to take my time. Anyway— would have been 4 stars if it were not for the illegals, and for her rude behavior. I didn’t get to see Norma before I left, I would have let her know about the worker who was rude, miss Norma runs a good crew and would not approve of her demeanor. Honestly would have dropped the rating even lower if it was not for Norma.

I have stayed at this property once before itjpit issue. This visit would have been 5 stars except for the fact that there was a really foul small by the refrigerator sink area of the room. I reported it to the front desk as well as the housekeeping person standing at the desk. When we returned to our room last night, it was clear it hadn’t been addressed. Kind of a bummer because every other part of the stay was great. Very friendly staff, but I only gave three stars because the smell issue wasn’t remedied. I visit Waco a few times a year, not sure if I will return to this property.

Gloria at the desk was wonderful! I needed to change location half way through my stay. They said I had a promo rate & probably couldn’t check out early. I did not know I had a promotional rate. Spoke to the manager & she said I would have a cancellation fee but could not tell me how much until transaction was completed so I stayed & had to drive more. I understand a fee but was advised the manager could override fees, etc. I felt it was not very accommodating in light of an unexpected need to change location.

Enjoyed hotel.

This is my second business trip that I stayed at this motel. It was centrally located to the places I needed to go in Waco. Very clean, quiet, and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast options we’re good. Will be staying again next year.
