Fantastic stay

Our stay was great. We were there as a stop on a longer trip. We stayed two nights. We were less than 5 minutes from the Magnolia Market an Magnolia Table. They also had a beautiful park (Cameron Park). It had lots of unique bronze statute of animals. There were also full sized statues of horses, cows, and cowboys along the road in town. It looked like a cattle drive. Very cool to see. All of this was within 2 miles if our hotel. The staff was great. The room was really nice, plenty of outlets for all our electronics and comfortable sofa and desk chair. Very efficient check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Despite the considerable distance from New York, we were greeted cordially by Daniel. His exceptional service and informative demeanor made our experience truly memorable. A refreshing cup of coffee was conveniently available in the breakfast area, even outside of the designated breakfast hours, which greatly enhanced our overall enjoyment.

We had a great stay. The young man at the front desk went out of his way for us even when he was the only one working. He was patient friendly and helpful. Rose, in the kitchen also was very kind and helpful.

This Holiday Inn Express was clean and very nice. Fresh towels, small decorations with folding the towels and toilet paper made it feel like thought went into taking care of the hotel. This hotel is located at the heart of Waco with easy access to the Magnolia Silos and all the cute places downtown. I would recommend this hotel as a nice safe place to stay.

Hate hotels that put a limit on the thermostat so you can’t make your room colder, some of us sleep better with a colder room and like the option of the fan running constantly for white noise and it helps drowning out any other noises. I understand you trying to save money but let’s be honest if the guest isn’t happy chances are they won’t come back and they’ll give bad reviews like I am… take the darn limiter off the thermostat!!!!

Beautiful and Convenient, but had issues

The hotel is new, so had the new smell still, that was nice! I loved the black washcloth that had make-up embroidered on it! Now....the hot water..it to me, after running the water for 20, yes I said 20 minutes BEFORE it got hot!! I had enough time to go down to office and back and it was still cold. My mom was in next room and she had the same issue the say before. The eggs and omlets were very dry and bland. Definitely the powdered kind. No sugar free option for syrup.
