Our neighbor spoke on the phone so loudly all morning that I could understand every word of his conversation. This is due to thin walls/adjoining door without proper insulation sealing. The entire property had a feeling of “cheap construction/materials”.

Customer Service at a Premium

We honestly had a sub-par stay but the customer service was amazing! The hotel had us in a room that had an issue with the fridge. The odor got bad enough after a few days that we couldn’t continue. They moved our room, and discounted our stay due to some damage to our food stuffs and clothing. I have to say I was very pleased with the management and would give them another chance even with a less than perfect experience.

Exceeded expectations.

Needed good affordable hotel by Baylor, and got Hyatt. Turned out to exceed expectations: good workout room, very good breakfast, decent location, would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
