I was not a big fan of La Quinta years ago but they have really stepped up their game! I read the reviews prior to booking and decided to give this location a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The location was very close to Baylor University and restaurants. Parking was free and tons of spots available. The hotel itself was really clean from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was also good with a ton of options. The staff was helpful and they had a snack section which was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time I visit Waco.

Had a bit of a strange smell. Almost like a locker room. Beds are good. There was a sticky spot on the floor. Upstairs neighbors were stompers or floor to ceiling is too thin. Overall not bad. Clean. Staff are great.

Due to the fact that the Silos was closed on Sunday, we arrived an hour early. They had a room for us and we were able to enjoy time out at the pool.

LA quinta Inn in Waco TX

We were traveling for 3 weeks and stayed at several different brands of hotels. We found the La Quinta Inn in Waco TX. the best hotel we stayed at. The lobby was clean and a nice, the check in was friendly and fast. The room was clean and well furnished. The hotel was equipped with a working TV, microwave and Minni frig. Don't laugh some hotels we stayed at did not have these. And the shower.... it was beautiful and had great water pressure and temp. We really appreciated that they also had an onsite laundry room. I would highly recommend staying at the La Quinta if you are ever in or near the Waco TX area, it is worth the stay.
