When we were assigned a room by the front desk, we for up to the room and one of the wall sconces was dangling so I went back down to the front desk. She said she apologized a work order was put in and she didn’t see where it wasn’t fixed. Attendant was nice about it and switched rooms for us. The beds are queen that we had but they were kind of small. Comfort wasn’t bad in the bed. When I went to use the pool, the cards weren’t scanned right so we had to go get them fixed before we could swim. There is no glass on the windows in the pool area and holy wow was it cold in that room. I have dairy intolerance and celiac so really the only thing I could eat for breakfast was the boiled eggs and bananas. Highly disappointing when I stayed at a Wyndham property a couple of weeks ago and it did have these things.

Lot of little problems.
Our stay was ok but, a lot of little problems pop up. Light above lavatory never worked, Bath door made a terrible noise when you moved the door, it would wake me up in the middle of the night, stopper in tub would not seal, some receptacles would not work, the card key was terrible, some times it took 12 or 15 tries to get in the room, other people said the same story. The wall light over the nightstand was very bright, no adjustment, on and on.

The property is clean and the front receptionist was quick and polite. Only dislike is too many young children playing with the elevator running up and down halls and no signage of when guests were to keep quiet time for guests that needed to rest.
