I had a very frustrating check-in experience at this hotel. I prepaid for my stay online two weeks in advance, but when I arrived I was charged again. When I brought this to the front desk employee’s attention, nothing was done and I was simply told they would “see what they could do” about compensation, instead of fixing the actual issue.
I then had to ask for the manager on duty, who was rude from the start and seemed unwilling to help. What should have been a quick correction turned into a two-hour ordeal before the duplicate charge was finally resolved and we were allowed to go to our room — two hours after our scheduled check-in time.
While the problem was eventually fixed, the lack of urgency, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitude made the experience extremely disappointing. This situation could have been handled quickly and politely, but instead it set a negative tone for the entire stay
