When i checked in to the room, i noticed the remote for the TV missing. I searched the room with no results. I did see extreme amount of dust and debris behind the dresser withe TV. Multiple placards, pens, and garbabe. I could also see that the door had been attempted to be broken into previously the door jam had dents around the latch, and the the door had no latch plate. The would also not shut. This is a fire code restriction and a safety concern if you are not aware.

Found hair in the jetted tub in my room! The jetted tub’s faucet didn’t work very well……was loose and moving around- I had to stand and hold it in place. I paided extra for the jetted tub in my room (2 night stay) and only used it once as was afraid the faucet spout and handles were going to break and I didn’t want a water flood in my room - Asked for some $ back- front desk gave me $10 off - not satisfied with that $.

We called the property as we were on the road with a 26ft U-Haul towing 2 trailers to be sure they were off hwy easy access and something to eat close by. Desk clerk said oh oh of course right off freeway lots of food options. All untruths one pizza place that delivered for an extra 75 bucks for the night. Asked if she would match Expedia price. Again lol nope 99$ best we can do. I suggest you keep on going past this one if you can get to for the 3 u turns and round abouts totalling 3 miles off interstate.

Place was very clean and quiet, very great service, the diner nearby had some really good food as well. My only complaint about the room would be the water pressure for the shower, it was very low pressure. Area surrounding the building could use a bit of love but it really wasn’t bad. I’ll definitely be coming back next time regardless, it was a pleasant experience despite the two minor points I mentioned

They key card sensor on the door by our room didn’t work and the persons behind the counter didn’t want to be bothered with this and insisted we didn’t know what we were talking about, so we had to use the door on the other side of the building. This was Friday and Saturday 2 different people ( men ) behind the counter but same indifferent attitude. Very disappointed I am telling everyone my story

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was beer cans sitting on a shelf. Not sure how housekeeping missed cleaning those up. Then my kids took a shower and this hotel has bulk shampoo etc dispensers. The shampoo and body wash were completely empty. I had to make the kids get out of the shower so staff could come in and refill all our dispensers. Clearly the housekeeping didn’t put much effort into cleaning which made me very uncomfortable about what else wasn’t cleaned well… Will not return to this hotel

Florida cousin in town
Short overnight trip visiting relative in Jordan. Hotel is aging but clean and surprisingly quiet inside even being next to the highway. Rudy’s next door has great fries and burgers. Would stay here again.

It was a pretty good stay. Wasn’t as peaceful as the time before. Had lots of kids running up and down hallways. Outlets were coming out of the walls by the bathroom, had to ask for a coffee maker few times they didn’t believe me there wasn’t any. Said I can use the coffe by the breakfast area. Why would I want to do that from the second floor. For the money that I paid it should be better.
