The resort is beautiful, the surrounding lake makes the perfect spot for a morning stroll. The staff was very attentive, the room spacious. We had both a la carts and buffet menu, both were delicious. Convenient location to visit the Lion Rock.

Lovely quiet location with sounds of nature, dining outdoors with lovely gardens, amazing pool! Peacocks and other birds keep you company at breakfast. Room quite basic but does the job, hospitality was very good, as is the location for Sigiriya and national parks. Highly recommend!

We got to the property and did not have the upgraded rooms. Apparently they don’t read their emails or bookings from Expedia. We had to scramble to get just regular rooms. The actual rooms hardly anything worked including the locks, the safe, the bathtub did not work properly. It was quite a disappointment. ...

The place was having work done around the pool, the owners dog bit me in reception the drinks and food is over priced and the location is in the middle of no where. I was booked for two nights but stayed for one, I suppose you get what you pay for lesson learned
