This hotel is very clean, and at least it’s quiet at night. That’s probably the only positive thing I can say. The front desk staff seriously needs to improve how they treat tired guests who arrive after long flights, eager to finally get to their rooms. The attitude feels cold and unhelpful.
The property is massive, with endless stairs, but barely any signs pointing to the few elevators available. If you don’t stop to ask, prepare to wander up and down aimlessly. The lack of clear information signs is unacceptable for a resort of this size.
Prices here are outrageous. Everything is extremely expensive, from food to amenities. And parking? That’s the worst part. Self-parking is $48 per night, valet is $55, and the hotel still charges $48 just to use the parking lot. That’s a ridiculous $96 a day if you actually use their system. I stayed five days and four nights and walked away with a parking bill of $523.10. That’s robbery, plain and simple.
In the end, the hotel feels like a tourist trap. Clean rooms won’t make up for overpriced everything, confusing layouts, poor signage, and unfair charges. Definitely not worth the money.
