We chose to stay at this property again. We love the Waikoloa area, especially all the hard work that is obvious from how well the grounds are maintained and we like how attentive the housekeeping staff demonstrate to be. We had a great time at the Hilton tower, there’s water slides, a lagoon for swimming, jacuzzis. Has bars & food options, ice cream & coffee. Staff at front desk was so very awesome especially Sister Pi’i she above and beyond we went there to celebrate my birthday Pi’i sent me a birthday card signed by the front desk employee’s wishing me a happy birthday that is so unheard of she deserves a star on her crown just love that lady made us feel like family Kings Landing is the the only place I am going to be staying when In Waikaloa best place to stay with wonderful employees like that never ever experienced something special like that at any other time share or hotel ever before thank you Auntie Pi’i hope to see you at our next visit in 2 months had a wonderful stay liked it so much that we’ll be back Big Aloha Glen & Beth Perez

Solid condo for Big Island

Check in quick and easy. Room clean and spacious, 2 bed/bath. Kitchen was nice. Pool was fun. Restaurant bar was good but closes at 6:00. Great area.

Property was clean and resort was nicely laid out with good amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean and in good shape. Exceptions were noisy refrigerator (kept me up at night), toilet (bidet) was a little off-smelling, and A/C didn't work too well (remained warm in bedroom). Sofabed was not the most comfortable but also not surprising.

Really good food at the grill. Great swimming areas for kids and adults. Beautiful rooms with seperation of parents from kids. A lot of daily activities for kids to craft projects. We really enjoyed the stay. I noticed a couple of days around the swimming pool that the trash over flowed trash cans and no one picled it up through the day. We also noticed on the bathtub in the master that the jets wouldnt turn on. These are the reasons of 4 stars instead of 5 stars. But i highlt recommend staying here. You can go to the driving range at the golf course for free daily.

I loved this property. Such a beautiful property. The pools were awesome, my kids loved the water slides. Kings Land is so spacious and comfortable. Our room had a really nice dining table and great view. I would definitely come back here. It’s a perfect mix of a hotel but has the amenities of an air b&b (kitchen, washer/dryer)

Food options at the resort itself are limited and for the quality of food very overpriced. The facilities are nice, bed/pillows are comfortable, housekeeping was sporadic and cleaning quality was also sporadic
