The customer service was excellent. The room was what we needed. The only problem was in the bathroom. It looked like towel holders may have been removed but there was mould coming through. The maintenance may not have been completed and was still work in progress. The staff are really lovely.

Wonderful having a small apartment for the family. Full kitchen was great to take a break from meals out. The tennis court was fun for a little family game.

Loved this place! The views were incredible, breakfast was delicious, and the host Louise was super friendly and welcoming. Such a cozy, relaxing stay—we’d happily come back again.

Basic but always clean and safe and my destination to stay here when I’m in Rotorua only build would be would be great if they upgraded the televisions to be able to get Netflix on

V clean tidy motel room with small kitchenette (no hobs) just fridge kettle and microwave. Good bathroom, towels etc.. The motel is two levels and unfortunately close to a noisy intersection and road. If you are assigned a downstairs room (I was) you will also hear plumbing and footfall from upstairs. My trusty earplugs were not sufficient for this stay... Unlucky perhaps.

The room and the bathroom starts to show its age. Especially the shower and spa were a big let down with sulphur conteminated water taps. But this motel's location and kind staff was excellent.

Property is new, really well maintained with helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommend.
