Large family room obviously dated, heaters were difficult to operate and the power for them went out during the evening, was a bit of an operation to get it back on as onsite manager had no idea what to do Close to parkrun and wineries so location is good, very basic facilities

Clean room. Everything we needed. Beds comfy. Would ask for separate shower next time. Liked that out of town but handy to restaurants. Thirsty Whale was good.

Best hotel in Napier, comfortable, clean and spacious for our stay. Also great staff and good location.

Large clean and tidy room. The really annoying issue was the hot water did not run hot enough to run 2 baths. Great location right on the wharf and one could walk to a great selection of cafes. Bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Sorry to the reception guy for interrupting your game.
