Great stay, staff was wonderful and check in was easy. We were he for a 18U baseball tournament and it was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Wainwright!

Front desk staff Tammie was awesome to deal with. We did find lots of people leaving their empty drinks/coffee cups in the corners of halls and the elevator. Hall way carpets were looking very worn and torn. And we had no sheets when we went to use the pullout couch bed. Tammie at the front desk fixed this for us right away. Greatly appreciated. Mattress on the couch bed was very worn and could stand to be replaced. Room 212. Otherwise a wonder stay and Breakfast was amazing.

Room and Pool were clean. a couple comments, if you are expecting to have people shower prior to using the pool, please turn up the heat on the water as all 3 times we used the pool the shower water was very cold. Secondly, I brought the following to attention upon check out, was that we were in room 301, and the second night we smelt sewer gas odor a few times during the night. I ran lots of water down the drain on the tub and sink which seemed to help, and then closed the door and turned the fan fan out, it seemed to help control the odor, but smelt it again in the morning, but when we ran water, the smell did lessen.

Great to stay overnight while attending an event. Was the Wainwright Stampede. Enjoyed the nice relaxing room. Very clean and comfortable. Good pool on main floor with the water slide. Tried the excersize room. It was really good also. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty. Also was next to pond and walking trail. Nice fountain to see. It was also convenient to some shopping and restaurant needs.
