Besides having a free parking and the fact that its located near a bunch of cool spots and activities, I do not have anything nice to say about this property. Upon check in The lady at the counter was not that welcoming. The whole hotel only has one elevator and thats by the lobby so if your room is located on thr other end and you are disabled, theres no access for that. Balcony was covered with bird crap. Poor noise isolation. Cabinet doors were broken, we only had one duper thin pillow each .. I just feels like the hotel needs a revamp.

Old, hot, noisy and tasteless

The resort is old and tired, no upgrades have been done. No air conditioning, so the rooms are extremely hot. The ceiling fan was noisy, so we couldn't even use that. The food in the restaurant is average and over priced.

I loved the fact it had insite facilities such as tbe resturant and bar. Also lovely heated pools. A nice holiday destination for familes with playground courys and pools. Some buildings are looking a little tired and shabby from the outside. Maybe rooms need a little freshening up.

Decent hotel albeit dated. Enjoyed the geothermal pools and appreciated the long opening hours of the facilities (6am-11pm).

Great place

Great facilities, got a bit warm though. The pools were spa temp, too hot to swim in, and there was no aircon. The ceiling fan was adequate once I found the switch to make it blow down not upwards, ie it was still in winter mode.

This property is in a unique spot which is handy to a lot of things! But boy does it need a makeover? The rooms are very tired, bathrooms basins cracked and chipped. Hotel room door needs painting. Needs bathroom renovation, wallpaper taken from the walls and fresh coat of paint.

Clean room, nice location near the hot pools. As others have mentioned, the rooms are pretty dated. Expensive for its age. Dining options were also very expensive. Nice pool area and grounds.

Didn't start well when room wasn't ready over 1 hour after check in time and staff didn't care. Complex was dated and toilet was very hard to flush and shower slide didn't stay up. No aircon in room as it was an upstairs room, it was very hot. We left early after 2 sleepless nights due to the heat. We paid quite a lot to stay here and it wasnt value for money.

The room and staff were lovely, a great location and room. Restaurant very nice with great food and service. Kids menu not as exciting as in past visits. Pool was actually a bit hot for the kids to swim in, more like a spa pool. No impressed with wifi at all, a room that sleeps 4 only allowed 3 logins, and each one needed own email address which the young kids didn't have.

Property is promising from the outside, but was really really dated inside. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools, but there were several. There was also a tennis court and an on site restaurant. Rooms and hallway could use an update.
