An unbelievable disgrace

This so-called Hotel was shut, locked, when we arrived in the evening of our booking. The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace.

Je n’ai rien apprécier jusqu’à me rendre compte que j’occupais une chambre qui ne se fermais pas , tu fermes tu crois de l’extérieur qu’elle est fermé parce qu’elle est bloqué, tu tire la porte de l’extérieur comme l’intérieur elle s’ouvre pourtant tu as fais le code en sortant, tu ferme de l’intérieur et tu bloques , tu tire elle s’ouvre, je dormais avec la trouille au vendre, de peur qu’on me vole, en tout cas je n’étais pas en sécurité, merci

Beim zweiten Mal gings einfacher

Ohne Schnee war Zugang mühelos. Anmeldeprozedere verlief problemloser, wenn man sich beim Automaten Checkin auskennt. Das Papier war alle beim Check alle, konnte aber mein Zugangscode fotografieren...

Niemand an der Rezeption. Ich habe einen Türcode zugesendet bekommen. Dieser Code passte, wie sich zufällig herausstellte an allen Türen. D.h. Ich hatte Angst, dass plötzlich ein Wildfremder bei mir im Hotelzimmer stehen könnte
