Very clean and friendly check in staff
The check-in person was wonderful. The only problem we had was with the housekeeper. Check out time is 11:00 and the housekeeper opened our door at 8:30. My husband was coming to answer the door but she opened it to clean? Better communication is needed for who is actually checked out!!

Still open in Wall and the room was quiet and just down thevstreet from the one diner and 3 blocks from Wall Drug. The parking was a little difficult and one of the two towels in the room was stained, but everything else was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly. Good for a short stay just to sleep.

Easy check in, friendly staff, room was cleaned better than some of the “nicer” hotels I’ve stayed in and nothing was in disrepair like some of the “nicer” hotels I’ve been to. If you’re passing through Wall, definitely come by a stay.

The room was great, clean and great amenities. The only problem was checkout. There was no one at the desk for checkout and to get a statement. The only choice was online. When I checked out online, there was no verification that checkout was successful. I then received an email 2 hours later asking if I was checking out. I tried calling but there is NO phone number available for the Wall super 8, only the main reservation number for the corporation, which had a >45 min waiting time. This is very frustrating. It would have been better to receive the verification that I checkout was successful!
