There was no heat when i checked in the guy handed me a space heater and left and when i tried to check out and get my money back immediatley he refused to come out of his room didnt stay there not sure how to get my money back

don't waste your money
beds were uncomfortable needs to be updated badly but he is a new owner so I suggested it. No blankets on bed no extra toilet paper,ran out towels will wrap up a small child porch falling apart total dissarray, but they did bring extra towels. Lots of flies in room. I wouldnt reccomend this place

Pleasant
Simple accommodations but nice. Dayton is a historic town worth visiting. Downtown is only a few blocks away and walkable.
