Didn’t have housekeeping on second day. Noise from lower level woke us at 5:45 am on first night and kept going making it impossible to sleep. But management gave us a $30 credit & we’re nice about the inconvenience. Grateful for that.

A great place to stay, quiet!

This is a beautiful, very comfortable hotel located close to WA-12. The picture of the hotel shows that it is out by itself, not in the middle of town. That makes it quiet, even being close to the highway. The rooms are large, nicely appointed, and have everything you could want. There is a good size refrigerator with a freezer compartment that can actually hold things, along with a small microwave (weak) and coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable, and the room has a sitting chair and a large desk. Breakfast is great, and includes everything you could want. We would definitely stay here again on our way through Walla Walla.

Poor housekeeping

I believe it was a pet room and that wasn’t mentioned upon check in. The floors and pull out sofa was covered in dog hair. There was a pill found on the floor and the shower was not cleaned. The front desk staff was vey polite and friendly but the room was just covered in dog hair and smelled of wet dog.
