Never again!
I have a small dog and was put in a room in the basement that was dingy, smelly and a bed that was horrible, dipped so bad in the middle. I left the room and told the recetionist that that was not an adequate room and explained why. She sted that that is where people with pets are designated and that i would not be given another room. I told her that just because i have a pet does not mean that i deserve an inadequate room. She said that i would not be given another room. Would not give me a refund. I left the hotel immediately and lost over $200.00 dollars. I will never book a room at a quality inn again. Shabby room and extremely poor customer service. I admit i was angre and threw my room key behind the desk. Not happy.

When we checked into our room and turned on the heater, it smelled like a body was decomposing on a heating element. Then the fire alarm started...the rooms are aged, the carpets throughout the hotel are ratty, fraying, and so dirty I didn’t want to take my socks off. It just needs a new facelift. The bottom floor rooms feel like you are in a dirty, musty basement. The only thing nice about the hotel is the location.

Convenient place to stay
The location was excellent, and it worked well for our stay. Rooms were well appointed with microwave, minifridge and coffeemaker. Great breakfast. There was so much noise the first night, however, hardly slept at all. Second night was fine and slept well.

When I checked in the hotel charged me for three nights instead of two nights on my debit card making me not have enough money to enjoy my vacation. They told me it was their policy and refused to return the extra night still waiting for resolution. Won’t stay at another choice hotel again.

This is very poorly maintained property. The hall rugs were very dirty and in poor condition. Our room rug had not been vacuumed. We paid $250 a night for this poorly maintained hotel…never again.

The hotel room was not very clean . On the first Night the sheets appeared to be used. They don’t clean the room unless you ask them too. The staff however were accommodating and the breakfast every morning was pretty decent . The location is convenient

Unsafe conditions at Quality Inn
My family was very shocked at the condition of the room. The entry door for room would not securely lock, the door apeared to have been pryed open as evidenced by the rubber seal being split. In order to seal the door, it was necessary to lift it up and push. Within 30 minutes of arrival I went to the desk to inform of the condition. After reporting the condition of the room, I was informed that there were no other room options available and that the door could not be prepared until the next day. My family felt that this left us in an unsafe and vulnerable condition. When requested to be placed in another hotel, I was informed that leaving would forfeit our prepaid funds, however, due to the unsafe condition and no alternative options, we made prevision to check into another hotel. At checkout the next morning, I asked the desk clerk when would someone be sent to fix the door, and was informed that the night clerk had not reported the door as needing repair. Management should be aware of their liability for not correcting this after being it was reported. The cost to the facily would be high. This was a devastating start to a planned vacation. Very disappointed and shocked with the cavalier attitude of the staff at the Walla Walla Quality Inn.

The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and felt dirty, no elevator, and although they have laundry facilities on site, they don’t provide amenities or coins to use them. I don’t know if room service was provided because I didn’t receive any, but I only stayed two nights so making my own bed and reusing my towels wasn’t an issue. Staff wasn’t very friendly and this is always a plus for me.

The stay at the Quality Inn was just "okay" - we were on the first floor (which is the second floor for them) and we had a very thin ceiling above us where we heard everything from the T.V. to bathroom use.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was a bit odd. Some fruit, some egg and cheese omelets, sausage gravy but nothing to put it on. No bread, no muffins , no pastries , the only bread like thing was waffles. Strange breakfast.

Quality in Walla Walla ia conveniently located where you can walk into the Downtown area. The property itself is a bit old and run down. However, bedding and Towels etc are clean and comfortable. However the overall hotel premises is a bit old and needs upgrade.

The location is great and the staff very friendly. However, the building conditions are outdated and need to be renovated. There are good restaurants close the hotel and the breakfast was really good.
