Despite ongoing renovations (which did not affect my stay at all) the property and it's staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that there wasn't any flavored creamer for coffee in the morning, but I got over it. Will definitely stay here again

My children and I loved our stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi was really nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and super helpful! Breakfast was good and offered several choices. We were near stores and food. Convenient easy parking. Clean, friendly, welcoming~ Can't say enough. Thank you!

The property was very drab. This property has been taken over from Triple 8 by Surestay/Best Western. It's obvious that very little has been done to improve the property. The best thing about the room was the bed and bedding. I appeared to be new and was very comfortable. The towels were old and mangy looking. The chair had huge scratch marks on the end of the wooden arms, actually kind of creepy. The cable TV was impossible to figure out how to work. The channel numbers wouldn't type in correctly to bring up the requested TV show. In addition, the standard TV channels like ABC, NBC and CBS were not available. A shout out to the front desk staff who were very competent and professional.
