The staff refused to honor my reservation and told me that they were booked up. I told them that I had a reservation confirmed and they told me reservations were first come and first served and they were booked up and had no more rooms so why would I use your service again? If I can’t be sure I’m going to have a place to sleep once I get there?

Never again!!!

Never again - they put us in a room that was under repair. Arrived late and did not want to go change rooms. The sink was not attached, room dirty and smelled bad. Plus WiFi did not work at all in this room

Stay away

Motel looked to be about 80% vacant but we were told only rooms available with a king sized bed were on the second floor. We got to the room only to find the door open and the room dirty. Back to the office for another room on the second floor. This one had been cleaned but the room next door had a door that had been badly damaged. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We decided to not stay the night. The clerk said a swat team had broken the door a year ago. Still not repaired. Also a few people were hanging out at the main entrance smoking. Avoid this Baymont Inn.

My husband looked at the room before checking in and said it had a very weird smell. The parking lot and area around the hotel felt very unsafe. We ended up not staying and paid for a room for nothing.
