Staff were very helpful as my elderly sister suffers from dementia. The room was clean and well appointed, some areas were rather tired looking and in need of refurbishment. Great views from the bedrooms. Breakfast very good and catered for allergy problems.

The hotel is in a beautiful location - actually much closer to Lulworth Cove than Durdle Door, but still in a cute little village. My biggest issue was the size of the room was tiny for a double (including the bed), and the fact it was so so noisy. If it wasn’t the dog running around above us with the occasional barking (interesting choice to have a dog on the upper floor, usually hotels have them stay ground floor), it was the cleaner slamming doors before check out effectively waking everyone up who was staying until check out. Hardly slept at all so would not recommend for a peaceful stay. Finally, the parking - is a problem. When you arrive there are spaces by the hotel which could be used first come first served but you’re not allowed to - instead you need to pay at the huge car park for a discounted rate of £5. To enable this you need to set up an account, etc. Again not clear when you’ve just paid through the nose to visit other of the Estates tourist traps. All in all, not a fab stay - but the welcome on reception was hreay

Room was clean, beds comfortable, but the whole place needs a serious refurbishment. Breakfast very poor. Parking close by in a public car park, but walk was uphill and up steps to hotel. Staircase steep in hotel. Would be difficult if elderly or have mobility problems. Website and false reviews VERY misleading. Disappointed.

Everything was great with the hotel and the staff were lovely. Our only issue is that it’s not very clear where you’re supposed to park especially when we arrived in the dark. The hotel should specify the name of the car park on the information provided.

Amy at the front desk was perfectly friendly, and the facade of the place looked nice. However, I felt the value for the price we paid for 1 night (250 USD) was discordant. The restaurant was closed for renovations, so we had to find somewhere off-site to eat dinner. There was a 10 pound charge per person if we wanted to have a continental breakfast. There is no parking at the property, so we had to pay 5 pounds to park in a dirt lot across the street. Thankfully we were there on a cool day. There was no AC in the room. Even though it was cool outside, inside was uncomfortably warm. We had the window open the whole time we were there, but air flow in/out of the room was not good. Because the window was open, we heard every passerby.

Location of the hotel was amazing with only few minutes walk to lulworth cove. The hotel was ok. I do not have wifi because it cannot reach to the room The room itself when i stayed was cold. The window in my room is not double glaze

Ok, just.

Just about ok, breakfasts were not good, unable to have any hot food, kitchen not running.£9.95 for a cold buffet type breakfast wasn't good, we ended up eating breakfast at a local cafe. Hotel decor in places needed some attention, in our room 4 the wall paper was coming off the wall

very conveniently located near durdle door. Beautiful shore and walking trails nearby. Since the place is new, some renovation was ongoing hence quite noisy. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Would go there again!!
