Beautiful new hotel. Unfortunately the front desk staff lacked any personally and treated us like children the entire trip. We were only at the hotel briefly (basically to sleep and eat breakfast) and they where relentless. The lady that ran the breakfast was great and the cleaning staff was too. Just the two day staff at the front desk, one gentleman who wouldn't even look at us and a lady who really enjoyed being incharge of "her hotel"

Front desk staff were excellent but cant understand the Hotels policy on early check in. I asked for an early check in and was told it would be $20, I had no problem with that. My wife and i were going to a wedding and didn't realise some good friends of ours were also staying there, they asked what time we were arriving so i told them 12 was our early check in time,We decided to leave Battleford to get there a little earlier then 12, are actual time of arrival was 11:15am, i asked if i could check in then as i was told the room was ready, unfortunately the front desk said it woukd be another $20. I reluctantly paid it after a discussion with my wife. Conclusion is I am very disappointed in what she called the management policy.It sucks in my opinion,with all the wedding guests that were there a little discretion would of gone a long way. This philosophy of getting as much money from paying guests really highlights how greedy society is getting especially the hotel trade. I ran a hotel for 4 years and as long as the room was ready i let my guest in on early checkin ins. Really really disappointed in management
