No bad but.... I traveled with my family and we didn't enjoy it, the room was tiny.

Our stay at Caesars Palace was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service at the front desk. From arrival to checkout, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We asked about early check-in and were barely acknowledged. Even after paying for an upgraded suite and early check-in, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot and a rundown building. At checkout, there was confusion about valet charges, and when I asked the front desk for clarification, I was met with attitude instead of help. The room itself was also underwhelming for a suite, with no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee for the Keurig, and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm. The only bright spot was the valet and bell staff, who were friendly and professional. After many years of visiting Las Vegas, this was one of our least hospitable hotel experiences, and we will not be returning to Cesar’s Palace.

I have to travel to las vegas every year for conferences, and Harrahs is my go to hotel. Centric, very clean and always peaceful to get a good night sleep

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I didnt like the breakfast buffet, the food was not good and it was overpriced. Aside from that really enjoyed the stay.

Prices on beverages at pool were ridiculously expensive

Pros- Staff was nice, room was cleaned daily. Cons- charged for mini bar items when we never used one thing. Plumbing issues- made our room smell awful, toilet was intermittently filling with water (they did send someone up to change it) but started again after a few days, we didn’t have hot water in our shower (call maintenance at midnight) never really got hot. Check in line was long with only a few people working behind the counter. Again- every person working there was very nice.
