Run down and badly needs cleaning

Breakfast was advertised but none provided, rusty red water horrible I wouldn’t drink it,shower curtains stained elevators smelled horrible due to filthy carpet they didn’t work properly either! No outside lights parking lot filthy the chairs in garden section deplorable all those balcony had layers of dust… sign on wall said ice and vending machine.. walked whole way down there to find nothing there…Other than that I didn’t see any bugs and shower was hot

This property is currently under construction and in very poor condition. They should not be accepting reservations in its current state. Although the Expedia listing claims that "Breakfast is included," the property manager informed us that breakfast is unavailable due to ongoing construction.

Even though there were no more than 20 vehicles at site, I was placed on 3rd floor, near back entrance by stairwell, outer door unlocked at all times. No breakfast as listed on Expedia, only coffee. Hot water was only lukewarm.

I book the room 1 king bed and bathroom with bathtub for my family . But they put me handicap room. I request to change me different room, but they not give me any option. Bathroom was horrible like I’m a disabled person. Also they were offering me breakfast but they not provided. I never go back.

The room was okay. We had a bathroom that was for a handicap that we didn’t ask for. There was no place for a toothbrush and charger. The sink was not sturdy and partially off the wall. The card reader didn’t work 90% of the time. It was just a little frustrating.

Avoid Room 410

We didn't know it was being remodeled. Web did not indicate the following: no breakfast; pool had no heat (with a sign saying do NOT complain about it) ... this could have been said differently ... (We apologize, etc.) The elevators were a major issue. No open/hold, no lights, no inspection sticker. Patio doors were filthy. No cups in the room. No facial tissues. AC intake grill was filthy (needs swiped on occasion). Luggage cart carpet was filthy! Bathroom light kept flickering. At 2nd bed, pole lamp was not workiing. No phone in the room (unable to contact guest services unless taking a walk). Floors were dirty. Exiting the elevator on 4th floor was like entering a sauna. No Micro or Coffee Pot ... as we were leaving the door across the aisle was open and we noticed that room had a micro and coffee pot. POSITIVES: Bed seemed okay. Room was nice and cool when we entered! I apologize for sharing all this, I rarely complain, however this room was the worst of my entire lifetime (age 72) Room 410

You get what you pay for , reasonable rate = a somewhat outdated property with OK rooms (clean) somewhat uncomfortable bed and unsecure rear entrance door to 1st floor rooms at rear of property(perhaps potential safety issue for some)

COULD have been a nice stay...IT WASN'T

Key was tricky to get it to work. I asked another guest and he said "Good Luck, We switched rooms 3 times." Dead bolt on main door AND to adjoining room wouldn't shut. The shower had NO WATER, NONE!!!! I would have switched rooms but at check-in she said they were totally full. There was supposed to be breakfast but sign at check-in said No Breakfast. There was NO remote for the TV and I looked everywhere. I was only there 1 night and would have complained at checkout but the desk was empty in the morning.

The room had a terrible musty/moldy smell. There was black mold around the shower perimeter sealant. Both the bar and the kitchen were closed all three days we stayed there. The swimming pool was open but was definitely colder than it should have been. There was no ice machine operational on any floor. The receptionist had to go into the closed kitchen to get us some ice.

The property is definitely no where like the photos , no breakfast as stated , gym looks like equipment thrown in there just to call it a gym , property around the place weeds and dirt everywhere, really need to update photos or make property look like photos PS list a sauna also not working
