A lovely hotel, bar staff lovely, however we paid for late check out, and when we were coming back to the room, we heard a cleaner swearing and irate how we hadn’t left yet and STILL in the room. we have a baby with us and paid for 1pm checkout to allow us time to relax and chill in the morning, before travelling home, and all we could hear was the cleaner frustrated that we still hadn’t left the room, when we paid for it. Wasn’t exactly quiet about being heard as when she came out the next room to ours, she realised we were at the door going back in and quickly ran into the room from being heard. seemed a little disrespectful, other than that, hotel great, spa lovely, bar was nice and relaxed, just could do with a better selection of draft larger.

We normally stay near old Trafford as we go to the United games. We struggled getting a hotel near old Trafford and just booked this hotel instead, we are so pleased we did! Wow! Beautiful clean hotel, very welcoming staff on reception, excellent friendly bar staff and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel rooms were large, modern and spotlessly clean. Please pass on thanks to all the hard working staff

Accessible room was lacking adequate facilities for shower or bath. Room was worn. Room service delivered a dreadful goat’s cheese salad that tasted horrible. They promised to remove that item from my bill but didn’t. The fish and chip entree contained almost no fish. Front desk staff were focused on other things and didn’t pay attention to any feedback. The hotel is focused on events and showed no interest in me as a guest. Wouldn’t return there.

Another disappointing stay
Following a recent bad experience I gave Park Royal another another go due to the lack of options in the Warrington area. Unfortunately it was a good experience, I had what looked like a nice room but the bed was actually 2 single mattresses with very hard edges that made it very uncomfortable to lie on, I ordered room service and again the food was really poor. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Incredible stay, Tesla charger
Perfect stay, rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious including the bathroom. The spa is incredible, cardio gym, separate weights gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna steam room all amazing. My favourite though, there’s a Tesla charger on site and it’s veryyyy cheap to charge your car

After a very long day, check-in was quick and easy. However, the room was not set up for 3 people as previously requested. No additional bedding in the room for additional beds. Had to go back to reception 3 times to request additional bedding. No one answered the phone when calling reception from the room to follow up. The housekeeping number was also a deadline. Had to stand at reception for the third time for a member of staff to come and assist, or else I was checking out. Service and Communication is extremely poor. Apart from the service the hotel was comfy and breakfast was great. Had a seamless checkout the next morning.
